Shocking as President Buhari’s Victory Under SERIOUS THREAT As INEC May Conduct New Elections – See Details

Shocking as President Buhari’s Victory Under SERIOUS THREAT As INEC May Conduct New Elections – See Details

President Muhammadu Buhari, has not exactly had an easy running since he was declared to be the winner of the February, 23, Presidential Elections.
He has faced certain obstacles, including from Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, a former Vice President in the country and the Presidential Candidate of the main opposition party, the Peoples Democratic Party has even gone ahead to challenge his victory at the tribunal.
Again, fresh troubles have emerged for President Muhammadu Buhari in relations to the 2019 elections, as the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Movement (PDM), Pastor Aminchi Habu, and his party have decided to sue the President, the Independent National Electoral Commission and the All Progressives Congress.

Habu also serves as the Coordinator, Northern Evangelism, The Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministries.

The cleric, who dragged the three respondents before the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal in Abuja, requested of the tribunal to among other things, declare the victory of Buhari and the APC at the February 23 Presidential election null and void.
He also said that the name of his party and his party logo were unlawfully omitted from the ballot papers by INEC thereby denying him the opportunity of contesting in the election even though he was duly registered to contest.
This new case brought to the election tribunal against him seems to threaten his victory, as there seem to have been an apprehension of sorts in the All Progressives Congress, APC, after the Osun State Governorship Election Tribunal, declared the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Ademola Adeleke, as the winner of the elections, ruling as null and void, the victory of Oyetola Gboyega, the governorship candidate of the APC.
Time will however tell if President Buhari will continue as the President or if any of the tribunal cases against him will be eventually lead to him being removed from office.

Video: I Don't want Compensation,My Career Has Been Killed Both In Nigeria And Abroad – Woman Disgraced In Viral Video for sleeping with another woman’s husband

Naijahitplay

Earlier today, the Anambra State Police Command paraded three suspects (a man and two women) over the viral video of a woman who was stripped naked and was beaten severally.
The suspects paraded include; Mr Ifeanyi Azotani, 40 year old artisan, the wife, Tochukwu, 43 and her niece, Ogochukwu Nwankwo, 33.

One of the suspects who was interrogated by journalists, Ogochukwu Nwankwo (the niece), said she was about going out when she received a call from Tochukwu Azotani beckoning her to come to the house because she found out that her husband has been sleeping around.
She said when she went there she remembered how her ex-husband took her son to stay his with his girlfriend and this provoked her. She said this was what made her angry to flog the alleged mistress mercilessly and humiliate her.
She said that’s not really her character as she admitted she made a mistake.

The wife, Tochukwu Azotani, said that she saw a chat between her husband and his mistress on his phone the second time after they had previously met in the hotel, that was why she decided to lure the lady to the house (with the help of the husband) and disgrace her. She claimed she didn’t know that the action meted out on the lady would go far like that.
Meanwhile, the victim of the assault, who is a widow and a mother of one, said that her career has been killed both in Nigeria and outside the country following the viral nude video and she does not want to be compensated.
She revealed that why she was being tortured, the man, Ifeanyi Azotani who invited her to the house – was there looking and did nothing to save her.
The suspects confessed to the crimes but denied releasing the video. They claimed it was a third party that collected the video from them on the day of the incident and released same.

Is Oyetola going to vacate Osun government house soon for Ademola Adeleke to dance his way into office? - 9jahitplay

Naijahitplay

The verdict of the Osun State Governorship Election Tribunal is going to bring about two things in less than three weeks from now.
One, Oyetola would be addressed as a “former governors” if he fails to appeal within 21 days, this can totally be ruled out as the legal team of the incumbent governor said they’d be appealing right away.

Two, if the Appeal Court upholds the ruling of the tribunal or not, the case will definitely get to the Supreme Court.
If the Appeal Court upturns the ruling of the tribunal, it’ll be a victory for Oyetola, which will prompt Adeleke to challenge it at the Supreme Court, and vice versa.
Recalled during the ruling, the tribunal submitted that Adeleke be issued certificate of return, but INEC, the electoral body has a reservation about the ruling.
There is a time limit, failure of Oyetola to appeal within the time limit will prompt INEC to issue Adeleke certificate of return.
And the APC governor has sounded it strongly to his critics that “I’m still in charge”
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has also made it clear that it is ready to issue certificate of return to Sen Ademola Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) if the embattled governor of Osun State, Gboyega Oyetola fails to appeal the judgment of the tribunal within 21 days.

The three-man panel of the tribunal was divided, but 2-to-1 had their way, which also made the judgement valid.
The majority judgment of the tribunal was delivered by Justice Peter Obiora who ordered INEC to immediately issue a fresh certificate of return to Adeleke as the lawful and validly elected governor of Osun State, after declaring the September 27, 2018 re-run election as illegal.
For now, it means INEC will have to wait till the 23-day duration before the certificate of return is given to Adeleke. Though there are fake photos of INEC official issuing certificate of return to Adeleke on the social media.

What the law says

Going by Section 143(1) of the Electoral Act 2010 as amended, a candidate whose election is set aside has a period of 21days from the date of the decision of the court to appeal against such a ruling.

By that law, if Oyetola fails to appeal the judgment, INEC will have no option than to issue a certificate of return to Adeleke after the 21 days window expired.
“The commission has not issued any new certificate in relation to Osun State,” INEC National Commissioner and chairman, Information and Voter Education Committee, Barr Festus Okoye told LEADERSHIP while debunking rumours that Adeleke has been issued a certificate of return.
When asked why he was challenging Oyetola's victory in the Osun Guber Election, this was Ademola Adeleke's response:
See Shaky Shaky Daddy's other Tweets
“Section 143(1) of the Electoral Act gives a candidate whose election is set aside a period of 21days from the date of the decision to appeal against such a decision,” Okoye said while explaining why the commission can’t issue a certificate of return to Adeleke.
“The person is entitled to remain in office pending the determination of the appeal. The commission will only issue the certificate if appeal is not lodged within 21 days. The commission has not issued any new certificate in relation to Osun State,” Okoye added.
What’s the fate of Oyetola at the Appeal Court? What of if the appellate court upholds the verdict of the petition tribunal?
There is no gainsaying the fact that the case would get to the highest court in the land before both of them know their fate.
